Kai is dining experience that helps to tell the story of two indigenous peoples of the Sonoran desert, The Akimal 0'Otham and The Pee Posh. Sitting at the base of Komatke Mountain on The Gila River Indian Community, each guest is guided through a gastronomical experience. Native American cuisine with global accents help to tell the story of these two tribes while highlighting the culture and history of the area. Though local partnerships we feature artisans and farmers to fully immerse our diners in Arizona cuisine.
